I have gastroparesis and the prices on Amazon are great. Watch out for the one that is cheaper, it doesn't have the same amount of magnesium, chloride or calcium as the other ones.

So far, so good. I was warned about the possible problems with the digestive system with magnesium, but these slow-release ones have not given me any trouble at all.

Wrong dosage listed
Purchased this because it said it was 71.5 mg. When i received it the dosage is 143 mg.The company doesn't make a lower dosage as I checked their website. You can't cut them in half because they are timed released as I found out trying this.Ended up with a painful stomachache and diarrhea.Doctor recommended taking 1 pill every other day.
