i did my research for hot flashes and found grapeseed extract. these reviews struck me as real instead of the vague ones ppl write when they are offered a free bottle if they write a review. so on my first bottle and my hot flashes are less then 50 % and less than 50 % intensity.and seems to be improving as time passes. I was having MANY MANY hot flashes a in 24hour period and just desperate that I was turning into my mother ( PS I love my mom) - So if you are looking for relief of hot flashes this is def worth a try- hopefully it helps you but the antioxidant benefits ar worth it. I've had a few suspicious spots on my face for years. Almost like little pimples that never went away. Two on my nose and one on my cheekbone.
