Best Ergo Mouse I have tried
I have tried many different types of ergonomic mouse, some right handed, some left handed, yet this one is definitely the best!I am very glad that I have found it accidentally. Just started using for a day so cannot speak to its actual battery life, but it is definitely very comfortable. What I like about it so far:1. Adjustable: the angle adjustment is already awesome, the thumb rest adjustment is even better. Some reviews says it only go back and forth - it is INCORRECT. If you put a little force on the top part of the thumb rest you will notice it could rotate on top of the ball shaped base. So you can micro adjust its direction to make sure it work to your liking. I have small hands, but I like to use my mouse in certain way that none of the previous2. Programmable buttons: I have not yet customized them but the default middle button is double click, which is a delightful surprise.3. Wireless: the dongle has been working very well with my Macbook. What I hope it could improve:1. Bluetooth as a wireless option2. Battery indicatorbut all in all, it is a very solid left handed mouse and it looks good.

Great mouse, slightly awkward forward / back buttons
So, first, the only thing I really wish was different: this is wireless with dongle, not wireless with Bluetooth. But it doesn't claim to be otherwise, so can't hold that against it. As is, I primarily use it as a wired, but it's a nice potential option for if it should come up.Ergonomics are great, just about infinitely adjustable, really like it, even the center wheel: except for the side forward and back buttons. Now, I generally don't use those (actually disabled them), but if I did want to use them, they would be extremely awkwardly placed. They seem way too far back, and given how the thumb rest is adjustable, it would have been nice if they could have been incorporated into the thumb rest itself, as there's often a lot of distance between my thumb and those buttons now.The customization program: I actually liked it. Seemed usable enough, if not "pretty". I was able to set my sensitivity to where I wanted it, make the third button a triple click (I often have to select blocks of text for work, real time saver there) and disable the pesky side buttons to prevent accidental use, so it's fine for me. But I have a misty half-remembered fondness for DOS Shell, so I might be broken inside.

The most comfortable mouse I ever own.
9/10This mouse is almost perfect. Comfortable, clicky but sensitive, sturdy, medium weight compare to my other mouse. I owned more than 20 mouse in my life and this one is the best. The software that you can install with it is detailed and you can customize all the button to your needs except macro. It really feel natural to have it at the maximum angle for the natural handshake position. I already own other left vertical mouse and this is by far the best of them. It as a good texture and when set in the right position you can easily lift it (that need to happen often in FPS game). If you have pain and trouble with your tendon like I do, please do some research on the mouse wrist rest, there are a no go for us because they contribute to the compression affecting or tendon. I've done some research and since doing that and having a vertical mouse, it have really improved my situation. The Unimouse is sturdy and don't feel cheap like my Razor 200$ mouse. You can even subscribe online to have a one years addition to your warranty in total 3 years.Having some sort of pinky little finger rest and the ability to do macro would make this mouse a 10.It's expensive, but you get what you pay for and nothing compare to this mouse yet.

A Gamer's Perspective - Almost Brilliant!!
Let me start by saying that this is my favorite mouse I've ever used and I plan on buying back ups. Now with that out of the way let me tell you about the struggles with this mouse. The 1st time I used it I had major trouble trying to grip and lift the mouse off the pad to reposition the cursor on the screen. The first time I did it the mouse slipped right out of my hand! Very awkward grip! This is major for gaming as the mouse is constantly lifted off the mouse pad and repositioned. I found that there was only a small strip on the side for my pinky to grip the mouse and on the other side was my thumb in the adjustable cradle. I tried using the mouse this way for weeks and had alot of pain in my thumb and pinky due to squeezing the mouse very hard when lifting it off the pad repeatedly. If I didn't squeeze hard the mouse would slip out of my hand. With a normal mouse your ring finger would help with the lifting but with this mouse your ring finger is used to press mouse2 so I found that it put alot of strain on my pinky overtime and eventually the ball of my thumb began burning from the repetitive excessive squeezing. And yes, I repositioned that thumb cradle in every possible position with no improvement. Another downside is the positioning of the mouse4 and mouse5 side buttons for your thumb. The adjustable thumb cradle is positioned so far away from these buttons it makes them almost unusable. You CAN adjust the thumb cradle to sit directly next to the side buttons but the angle provides no good grip and when you attempt to press the side buttons you completely lose control of the mouse as your thumb is no longer holding the mouse. Because of this I gave up on using the side buttons for the 1st couple weeks. I almost gave up on this mouse entirely but eventually I came up with a simple solution. I added a small pinky sleeve(picture) on the side of the mouse made of brute force tape and painters tape. This completely relieves my pinky and thumb from having to squeeze the mouse when lifting. I can now effortlessly lift the mouse up and have no pain now. Also I eventually discovered that if I position my thumb in between the adjustable thumb cradle and the body of the mouse(as shown in the picture) I can now easily press the side mouse button. Mouse5 button is still way too far backward and I have to crunch my thumb up in an awkward position in order to press it(shown in picture). In conclusion, this mouse is almost brilliant. The 70 degree maximum tilt is very comfortable. I feel no strain in my arm and wrist when using this mouse. I wouldn't go back to a normal mouse after using this one.3 mouse buttons instead of only 2 is AMAZING! I'm spoiled now and cant go back.It has a great sensor and doesn't skip no matter how fast I move the mouse. (I had to stop using the perixx perimice 513L mouse for that reason)I got the corded version so I don't know about the battery life. The quality is good. It feels sturdy and well built. Doesn't feel cheapNow I wish this company would modify this bad boy with some kind of pinky sleeve or better gripping feature. The side mouse buttons and the thumb cradle need to be totally redesigned in my opinion. Great idea but bad execution(burns the ball of my thumb from squeezing and terribly awkward using the side mouse buttons!!)Okay, now I'm gonna purchase one or two more of these bad boys for back ups....lolI hope this helps somebody out there!
