I expected much much better from Plantronics...
I have recently upgraded to a Macbook Pro and am fed up with dongle after dongle so looked to switch from my Jabra USB headset to a USB C one. This headset is terrible, the sound quality is just OK leaking sound both externally to others but also outside sounds in. That's not the worst bit though, after a very short period of time <20 minutes they are so uncomfortable they make my ears hurt so(!) much it's untrue. I've never had this from any other headset... I would 100% not recommend these.. One final negative is they came shipped in a clear plastic bag, no box, no carry pouch, nothing. Really really poor overall.

Decent, but not quite the product advertised.
The item I was sent wasn’t the 3200 which I already have through work, it was the 3220 which is inferior in a couple of ways.* The cable from the control unit to the 3.5mm jack is hard wired in. This means it can’t be removed or swapped.* The Earpieces do not swivel to lie flat on the desk, in a drawer or in your bagOtherwise it’s comparable. If the above doesn’t bother you it’ll be fine

Very good headset but..
...I ended up with a headache as the top really digs into your head, so I have ordered some padded strips for another make, which would appear to be the right size, just to stick on the underside of the headpiece. I haven't got round the problem of not being able to wear glasses because the grip is so tight it digs them into your head, but I'm hoping the grip loosens a bit. 4 stars because of these two problems.

Did the job ... for 18 months.
I bought these in January 2019. They've served their purpose pretty well, other than - as mentioned by other reviewers - becoming uncomfortable to wear after a couple of hours (digging in to top of head). That hasn't been too much of a problems until recent months as they were intended to be used intermittently for web meetings. However, after 18 months of use, they 'blew up' (delivered about 15Db of static noise until I unplugged them) during a client meeting yesterday and then couldn't get them to work. (Finally got them to work again after rebooting PC and changing settings as it had defaulted back to PC audio)... and at a little over two years of use the arm attaching the mouthpiece has just snapped off as I adjusted its position, so au revoir ....

decent headset for conf calls/wfh, works with linux too
Works with Win7 and Linux with no issues - recognised as:[ 2077.007570] input: Plantronics Plantronics Blackwire 3210 Series as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.0/usb2/2-1/2-1.2/2-1.2.3/2-1.2.3:1.3/0003:047F:C055.0007/input/input20[ 2077.059073] plantronics 0003:047F:C055.0007: input,hiddev96,hidraw2: USB HID v1.11 Device [Plantronics Plantronics Blackwire 3210 Series] on usb-0000:00:1d.0-1.2.3/input3ear piece can get a little annoying and "hot" after long periods of use as its the foam variety and not the leather-like stuff you may get with the other plantronics headsets but has the handy mute button on the cord. The pickup/drop button doesn't work without additional software though.
