Love this
I've been search for an alternative to the whey protein freesoul after they stopped doing it to go vegan but the vegan one tasted awful..this however is sucralose free and sugar free and tastes just as good as freesoul I only use 2 scoops as the scoops are large and it's still really thick and keeps me satiated ....thanks pinksun 😊 I'm buying the double pack today x

Soya Free and Filling
Not many soya free meal replacements out there and filling, before I couldn’t eat soya I tried lots of meal replacement shakes, most supermarket bought and they didn’t fill me up, this however is very filling, I have 300ml of skimmed milk and 2 scoops, twice a day and have lost over half a stone in 3 weeks. This product also tastes really nice but not sickly like the supermarket bought shakes. Worth a try and I have bought more since.

Really does fill you up for hours
I started on this today, replacing 2 meals with it. (Lunch and tea but will only be short term then it will just replace lunch when my weight loss has really kicked in). I find 3 scoops is enough is its very rich and chocolatey! Tastes quite nice, I thought I would have been starving by teatime but I wasn't, I take 2 XLS appetite suppressants with each shake too and it really does keep hunger at bay. I've tried other shake meal replacements and was so hungry on them, but not this one. I use 500ml skimmed milk with the 3 scoops so it's less calories. It's currently 10.25pm and I still feel OK hunger-wise, and I am normally a real foodie! I had 4 large strawberries and a 99 calorie skinny bar this evening too. Tomorrow I will chuck a banana into the equation too just to make sure! So far so good. I will report back in a few weeks with an update!

Yum
I got the chocolate and I really like it because it is not too sweet, has no strong artificial aftertaste and it dissolves like a dream. It is thick, creamy and very filling. I can probably do only 2 scoops instead of 4 or dilute it more.Placed a second order already ☺️

Very high protein and high cost meal replacement
This meal replacement shake powder has no added sugar and uses stevia, which gives it a slightly artificial taste. However the flavour is not bad. The powder dissolves well and leave a thick and rich shake that is quite pleasant to drink. Now nutritionally this is a bit odd to me as these shakes are usually recommended to replace a lunch and you should still have an evening meal. The calories in one serving are 385 which is almost as much as a sandwich, but the fibre and protein are significantly higher so this keeps you fuller longer plus it has added vitamins and minerals. However the protein is actually TOO high in my opinion. At 41.8g of protein per serving that is almost your whole day's supply. Excess protein can put a strain on the kidneys. The fat is also surprisingly high at 11.3g per serving. I would say that this is probably best as a replacement for your main meal due to the protein content, but it is probably not advisable to replace your main meal every day with this for long time. Perhaps it is fine to use every other day or every day for as long as the pack lasts (10 servings, so 10 days) as a short term diet to kick-start your weight loss. Finally I would say that this is too expensive as Slimfast shake powder costs around £7 for 12 servings and this is almost £23 for 10 servings. Due to the cost alone I would not repurchase.I hope you find this helpful.

Very rich in flavour
I was keen to start using diet powders again as i've definitely gained some weight over lockdown and Christmas so have started counting the calories. The Pink Sun meal replacement looks to have lovely natural ingredients, no nasty unhealthy sweeteners and is suitable for vegetarians (Not vegan though as it contains milk)The powder comes in a sealable air tight bag and has the scoop inside ready to use. You add 4 level scoops of this to 500ml of milk and shake or blend it up. I use my Shaker Cup and it blended very well after shaking for around 30 seconds with some ice. There were no lumps.I was surprised how thick the shake was once blended, I though i'd misread the instructions and added too much powder as it does seem a lot when you're putting the scoops in but it was accurate so I found to make it less like the consistency of a custard dessert I needed to add about another 100ml of milk to make it more like a drink but that's just my preference. The flavour is a very rich chocolate and is very sweet. I'm pleased calorie-wise that this comes in at under 400 which is perfect for a lot of different diet programmes which say to have a 400 calorie meal. All in all it is very tasty, I just find I need to add more milk but it does fill you up very much and I definitely wasn't hungry afterwards!

Luxury chocolate meal replacement shake
To make one meal you add 4 scoops, a scoop is included, to 500ml of skimmed milk, or other liquid, and shake, (4 scoops is 100g of powder so the 1kg pack will make 10 replacement meals, each around 400kcals). I found that my shaker at 600ml couldn’t handle 500ml and 4 scoops so I used a half quantity, 250ml and 2 scoops, and the resulting shake was very thick and creamy with a strong chocolate aroma, good tasting and satisfying, there was some slight grittiness, due to it being a powder, but not unpleasantly so, and probably due to using a shaker rather than a blender. I felt full after the half-size and wasn’t sure I needed the full portion. My current meal replacement shake is Slimfast, (I usually buy vanilla so I can add coffee or chocolate powder to make different flavours), adds 2 smaller scoops to 250ml of skimmed milk for a 225kcal meal, so a half-size PROvibe meal is very similar calorie-wise. PROvibe doesn’t contain soya, although it does contain milk. The taste and texture of the PROvibe is superior, although the cost is higher, so I would consider it as a luxury alternative to Slimfast.
