To be completely honest, I love the product, it arrived well packaged and completely undamaged. The design and material was bright, colorful, and in great condition and resisted scratches having being dropped a few times. The installation over my galaxy buds case we clear and easy. It came with a key ring which allowed me to keep track of it, wearing on my jeans, keys, etc. I'm definitely considering buying other BT21 character cases. 💜

Love it! Shipped in super fast and looks exactly as it was pictured. It fits my Galaxy Buds+ case perfectly, and it came with the key ring and 2 different sized hooks. The bottom half clipped on pretty easily with a little pressure, and after removing the foil from inside the top half I pressed down lightly on the top of my case and it stuck immediately.Make sure you line up the top half properly, one side has a lip to open the front of your case, the back sits right above the hinge to not obstruct opening and closing. The bottom half has a small slit on one side that shows your LED indicator light, the back half is curved and left open for your USB-C port and the hinge.The top of the case is a slightly lighter shade of pink than the bottom, but I think that's by design? 🤔. Otherwise great value for money. I dropped it by accident from our dining room table and my Buds were A-okay. Definitely well made, I may buy another color soon!

When I purchased this I was nervous as I live in the US so I can be hard to get bt21 products. You can be sent counterfeit items! But this was the real thing! I got Cooky for my friend and she loves it! I was so happy with the product when it came it I ordered the RJ version for myself!! It fits perfectly on our Samsung buds!

Love this case. Color is bright. Feels sturdy. I do wish it was silicone and it slipped in instead of having to peel the sticker for the top. The bottom snaps in. So wish could of had a sticky for the bottom. Like the key chain options. Being a BTS Army, I have no regrets with this purchase.
