It is best to create contact between the mycorrhizae and the plants roots opposed to simply mixing into the soil. Small Transplants or Cuttings: Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon on the plants roots while planting. Potted Plants/Soil Mixes: Use 1-2 teaspoons per 1 gallon of soil. Turf: Apply 1 pound per 5000 square feet during installation or aeration. Soil Drench: Mix 1 Tablespoon per gallon of water and keep agitated to guarantee even distribution. One gallon of mix will treat 50 one gallon pots. Best to apply twice per year, once in spring and fall. Why should everyone use mycorrhizae? Around 95% of plant species benefit from mycorrhizae. There are two different types of mycorrhizae, endo and ecto. Root Naturally Mycorrhizae is Endo Mycorrhizae which is the type that is beneficial to over 80% of plant species including most leafy green plants and vegetables. Here is a link to a list of plants that benefit from the two types of mycorrhizae. Mycorrhizae Plant List Mycorrhizae is a fungi that has a beneficial relationship with a plants roots. When Mycorrhizal fungi comes into contact with a plants roots it begins to colonize, or multiply, on the roots and begins to spread out into the surrounding soil. These strands of mycorrhizal fungi effectively become an extension of the roots and can increase the absorbtion area of a plants root system by 10 to 1,000 times. This allows the root system a more efficient intake of nutrients and water. Below is a list of the benefits enjoyed using mycorrhizae. Benefits Include: Reduces Drought Stress Reduces Watering Reduces Transplant Shock Increases Yields Increases Overall Plant Hardiness Promotes Rooting Promotes Nutrient Uptake

Just what the doctor ordered.
I am able to see this amazing stuff go to work almost instantly. I use it from seedling onward. There is little reason to add all the diverse trichoderma that other mixes have, these endo species are what you want to focus on. Trichoderma will eat these for breakfast and take over your soil. Bacteria life easily is able to consume dead endo species. Endos are the hardest to culture in your plants. Use this product and start early and keep applying it and you will see amazing results.
