This is exactly what I've been looking for to get deeper activation around my joints, hip flexors, and lower back. After a couple of uses I let my 70 year old father use it on his arthritic hands, and after 1 minute of use he asked me to order him one.

The Helo is a remarkably simple, yet extremely effective soft tissue management tool. It is easy to dismiss by looking at it, but I don't have another mobility tool in my toolbox that is as versatile. I have not seen anything quite like it. When I first got it, I started using it without reading the instructions. I figured it was sort of like a lacrosse ball on steroids. It worked well for soft tissue massage and getting into sore muscles, but after I watched the instructional video, I realized the true power of this tool. That video is a must watch. As I spend more time with it, I am learning more and more uses for this special tool. It is very light, but seems extremely durable and definitely will stand up to abuse.I had the opportunity to purchase this product at the pre-launch phase. I have had these opportunities before, but never took them. In this case, I trusted the source as I already have a Rollga foam roller, which immediately became my favorite foam roller.

I'm quite sensitive and I have to say, I can tell the difference in my tissues after working with this tool. Sadly, that its made out of "styrofoamy" material because it seems to "cheapen" the product, however since it actually works for me, I can't complain. I dont travel with it, but it seems small enough to pack. Thedifferent knob features make it easy to use in differnt places. I keep it in a small basket, near the couch to use while netflix binging. Otherwise, I might never pick it up and it would become invisible in a drawer some where. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to take charge of some self-care and learn to work this into some routine you already have.

You were my Knight in Shining Foam last night when my Traps were tighter than a grandma's wallet on birthdays and giving me a migraine that would be the equivalent of 5 1st graders all playing hot cross buns on recorders while the heat was stuck on 102 degrees and the water was shut off. Just when I thought I couldn't make it any longer, you blasted some fascia and kicked some tension out of my neck and shoulders like Kevin Hart in Ride Along 2. At first when I opened my new Helo, I thought the product was extremely cheap feeling. However, upon using it for the first time I realized that because of how lightweight it is, I have no problem throwing it in my purse to carry around with me literally EVERYWHERE! This little massage device comes in so handy. I massage my hands, feet, neck, arms, and back when I can convince the hubby to put in a little work! Speaking of him, I am going to have to order another so I dont have to share as much! He's a weight lifter and says this product helps tremendously with his tendonitis! 10/10 recommended!! Worth every penny!!!
