This is the most nasty tasting cough syrup I ever had in my life but the product works and does what it is supposed to. The company delivered it very promptly and quickly. The packaging was fine. I have no complaints or issues with the item other than the taste and that may be something they have no control of. Cough syrup generally does not taste good no matter what brand you buy.
