Fine Quality Round Pouch
This is good quality. Stiff and round and will not collapse. Nice bright shiny buttoning. Sewn together, nice leather coloration. Attaches with leatherized straps. Straps buckle with small metal buckles. The pouch buckles with plastic buckles. Room inside for tools/paperwork, whatever you might carry in a small handlebar pouch. It arrives as displayed, very pleasing. I have it on a Harley and looks very nice. Note that it clearly states that it is water RESISTANT. So a light rain will bounce/bead off. There are large slits in the bag for the straps that go all the way through to the inside. So certainly NOT water PROOF. In a hard penetrating rain I'd assume water is going right in the strap slits. That's not a big deal to me but according to other reviews, it is a concern of some.
