Works like a charm!
My chair came with a fancy remote that would cost well over $100 to replace it. I wasn't really sure if it was actually the remote or the chair that was having a problem and didn't want to spend that much on a maybe. I thought I would try this much simpler model and see if it would work. Much to my surprise it worked like a charm! Extremely easy to replace and does all I need. Very happy with the purchase!

Easy to install on an electric chair with a side button
We bought a new electric chair that had two buttons on the side of the chair. My elderly Mom could not reach the side buttons or feel them due to her carpal tunnel.Another reviewer suggested I turn the chair upside down, unplug the side button connector and see if it had 5 pins. It DID! I was able to easily plug in this 5 pin remote. One set of buttons controls her foot rest, the other her head rest.My Mom was thrilled!! She is now able to raise her legs during the day to reduce her edema.

Great replacment for the HSW304
This is the perfect replacement for the 5 pin HSW304 controller that was in my recliner/lift chair.This controller is better made than the original HSW304, as the cord entry into controller is heavy duty. Also the HSW304 has a coiled cord, which put a lot of stress on the wire to controller connection when pulled to extend the cord. This unit does NOT have a coiled cord, so no stress!This unit is not lighted like the HSW304, BUT to me that's no big deal.Easy to plug in, easy to use.So far, a great replacement!Marvin S.

Worked as intended
Worked for the first hour then quitsent it back new one works ok so farmuch cheaper construction than originalwasn't cheap but less than othersshipping was pretty good 6 days
