The media could not be loaded.  Very well done. The tracks are really big.. the kids can have lot of fun and spend good time laying the tracks in different ways. However, smaller kids may need help assembly with the tracks and the train. Because the hook that latched to each compartment is a little tricky(see pic) . It needs a couple of tries before once can get used to.The little accessories that came with it are really cool and one of them are functional too. I wish the trees were little realistic if you plan to setup a town that looks kind of real.. but I’m ok for kids to play.Over all, happy with the purchase. Value for money.

This train set is the perfect gift for kids! It's very easy to put together and works great. My kids have so much fun with this set. It's very durable also so I don't feel like my kids will break it easily like they have other toys.

I was so disappointed. I bought this train for my grandson for Christmas and he couldn’t play with it on Christmas Day! The tracks were so flimsy that it was difficult to assemble. My husband sustained skin cuts trying to put the flimsy tracks together. The plastic is thin and cheap. To get some use of it, it’s best to mount unto a table or wood (plywood) for durability. Certainly not worth the price.Still can’t use this train and it’s now March!I must say, the company was very understanding about this complaint and issued a refund. More companies should operate in this manner. With this being said, I would buy from them again because they are willing to make their products guaranteed because they want to have the trust of their customers!

The instructions were not very easy to follow. I don't think we still have it put together right but my 5 yr old grandson doesn't care. He loves it.

*****EDIT****** purchase was made right by seller. Seller offered me compensation for the issue which was much appreciated.I ordered this for my child as he requested for Christmas. Once opened we added batteries only to find the train did not work. Ordered and replacement that took longer to get here for the train to NOT work....again!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Good gift for my nine year old

I purchase this for my nephew for Christmas and he loves it. He really enjoys the realistic sounds and lights the train has. It is very easy to assemble. A very comprehensive package that has improved my nephew motor skills.

Got this for my 7 year old son. It is perfect for his first train set. He was mostly able to put it all together by himself. That was fun doing it, and he loves playing with it. The controls work perfectly and the train runs smoothly. It is a large set of tracks and can be built with all or just some of them. Oh, and make sure you have batteries as they don't come with it. They do last a good while though.

Kids get engaged while assembling it together so it makes them feel happy and accomplished after putting it together . The quality is sturdy and the size is big and train goes smoothly on the track.

for someone who find sometimes even the lego instruction for 6-y-o can be a bit confusing, i would suggest you start from the bottom piece of the bridge. once the bridge is done, everything else seems a lot easier. but for someone who is good at assembling ikea furnitures, this train is an easy piece of cake.it looks great, except for the paper buildings which i find looking cheap. my son loves it and he literally spends hours and hours on it, which is unusual for him as he normally has a very short attention span.comparing this to tons of lego my son has, i would say it is worth the money. they are all plastic just like lego (of course except the paper buildings); the design is good and once you add batteries and make sure your rail is flat, the train moves smoothly on the rail.

It took almost 2-3 hours for the kid to assemble it. It was much larger than we had anticipated.The built quality is good. As expected, some parts/tracks needs to realigned after first few uses. After that, everything was smooth. This is truly a educational toy because a lot of critical thinking goes into assembly and play. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Bought this for my boys Christmas present. I put new batteries in, it goes round the track twice and the batteries are dead. It's almost completely useless.
