Edi’s Secret Phyto Renew 350, Phtyoceramide Anti-Aging Supplement, 30 Veggie Capsules, 350 mg

Hi my name is Nick and I am trying to get healthier than I am. I am a retired nurse with 25 years experience, an ex body builder and weight lifter. The last decade or so I have let myself go way off course. My joints and back didn’t help me though.I will be reviewing Edi's Secret Super Phyto 350 Anti-Aging Supplement, 30 Veggie Caps, 350 mg from Edis Secret, it is a vitamin with Vitamin A, C, two kinds of E and vitamin D in it.Packaging is nice with the bottle design, a little feminine but I guess they are targeting them. Doesn’t both me though as long as the product is good.One of the claims is “All natural anti-aging supplement slows the visible signs of aging by nourishing your skin inside and out.” I can not attest to that scientifically and I doubt a scientist that is in that field of study could. We do know that every ingredient in there is a helpful nutrient to the body, as a nurse, I know what can happen if you have a deficiency in those vitamins.I though on the other hand, do think that the right supplements not only slow the aging process, but can reverse some of it as well.I have no doubt either that it “Improves the integrity of your skin's structure, repairing free radical damage and making skin more resilient to environmental stressors” which they state also. As a nurse I have to again state, there is very small amounts of true controlled studies over a long enough period of time to back these claims up.To Amber who wrote this 3 star review “3.0 out of 5 starsNot that many in the bottle ByAmberon March 26, 2016 The photo is deceiving because only about 1/2 of the bottle is full. And unless you change other things in your lifestyle you may see no results because the harmful things you do, outweigh the good things. You have to give something like this months and years to help, not days. If you also are on a fitness routine and eating right plan, you will definitely know the difference if you quit taking them for a few weeks.Also Amber the description tells you how many you are getting. I do not understand what bottle size has to do with it. You still received the amount that you were supposed too.I do highly recommend this product. I also get reduced costs or free items for reviewing them but if you check my profile page you will see that I always give an honest review and not all are four or five stars.Thank youThe NickSter

Just started taking them. Easy to swallow. No adverse effects. Seem to be good quality.Note- I received this product at a discount for an honest review.

I started to take them since today, I may start to see results in a couple weeks and get more, Doesn't taste bad.

I've taken this product for the 30 days and I have not seen a difference. I have a healthy lifestyle and saw no changes at all. I'm sure it didn't harm me but no difference. This is my honest opinion and I didn't get a discount like many of the reviews here.
