I believe put the turkey back facing up and hange on the rack is a good method to have a juicy roasted turkey that why I bought this rack. Unfortuneately, when I opened the box, I realize there were rust on welding joint area. And I wonder the height of the rack is high enough to hold a 16 lbs turkey. So I return it.

I must have gotten a prototype as this one is poorly put together. The parts don't even look like it was meant for the consumer market. Returning this poorly put together product.

The whole turkey is crispy! Even the bottom that is normally sitting in juices.

Quality is terrible

I was not sure if this item would actually work, but I decided to give it a chance. The turkey breast was very moist and juicy. I have made another turkey with this device and will continue to do so! :)
