Sleep will be so deep
Spray it on your feet before you go to bed or on your kids for a restful deep night sleep. Avoid spraying it anywhere you have a cut. It can feel a bit stingy if you spray it in some places. There hasnโt been any issues with spring itโs on sore muscles and the bottom of the feet. This is my second bottle.

CURES NIGHT CRAMPS
Take Magnesium pills 3 each night that mostly sorts night cramps out, but if I do get them spraying this really works and the cramps disappear quite quickly.

Have been using this for a few weeks in the feet at bed time. Soaks in quickly and no sting like other brands. It does dry out the skin so moisturising in the morning is essential.
