Easily make fun long lasting whiskey ball ice spheres with these mold trays! Prior to use be sure to wash with soap and water. Molds make spheres approximately 2 inches in diameter. Each mold makes 4 ice balls. Product is made from eco friendly silicone material. How to Use Ice Ball Molds - INSTRUCTIONS *Wash tray thoroughly with soap and water before use. *Fill the bottom tray nearly full of water leaving approximately 1 cm unfilled. *Set bottom tray on an even surface in your sink and press top tray into the bottom tray until it is sealed. *The excess water will escape through the 4 vent holes at the top of each ball. *Gently press down on the top of each mold to force out enough water to give a slight air gap at the top of each ball for expansion. *Lay flat in freezer for approximately 5 hours or until solid. After freezing: *Before removing top use a twisting motion to break all ice around balls. *Remove top lid and release ice spheres from bottom tray. FAQ: How to get clearer ice? *Use distilled/filtered water, rather than tap water. *Try boiling the water first, then letting it cool down. Microscopic bubbles in the water often causes some haziness. Boiling can help cause those microscopic bubbles to dissipate resulting in clearer ice once frozen. Enjoy!
