Amazing helpful for personal development
I've read many books of world renown speakers, but this book really helps you to spot your blocks that are hidden inside for years and have been standing in your way despite all your effort to achieve your goals.This book helps you to simply dig those blocks up and transform them into positive habits that serve you. I would really recommend this book to everyone who is struggling for years to reach their goals.

Brilliant! Enthralling! Mind-blowing! Amazing!
A book that everyone should read. Even more... I consider "mindfulness" should be a compulsory subject at school.I can imagine a world without wars, violence or selfishness... a world full of Peace and Wisdom thanks to the control and good functioning of each one of us and our powerful Mind. Wow... everybody in our planet living in Love, Harmony and Happiness šššI admire the author's knowledge and eloquence in subjects that have interested me a lifetime.I have been working since 2002, on the one hand with āTranscendental Meditationāš ... and on the other with āMental Projectionsā about what is most positive and constructive in my life... and the changes for the better in my life have been spectacular šThis book has helped me to acknowledge and recognize thoughts that I must change and heal; now, I am more aware of how it works my mind š¤; undoubtedly, is a good support to improve in the practice of āReset my Mindā.I thank John š for his deep, diligent work, which is forme a great source of Inner Wealth š ; I love all his āSpeechesā, although the āexercisesā of Innercise that are complemented by the book... I consider them to be at a very basic level of Initiation... very useful for all those who have never practiced Mindfulness... which is not my case.Highly recommended book!Ahhh... I forgot the best thing: I love the final page of the book where John THANKS with sincerity and from the heart... the support and help that his Mentors, teachers, friends and collaborators have offered him to write and publish this book... and the deep love he professes to his wife, children, family š and GOD š

INNERCISE for your brain - as important as exercise for your body!
I LOVE John Assaraf's latest bestseller - INNERCISE: The New Science to Unlock Your Brain's Hidden Power. This incorporates latest in brain science and cutting-edge technology to provide tools to retrain your brain for success, and an all-around happier and more fulfilling life! It's science-based, but easy reading that is so engaging!I especially like the chapter, "Beliefs and Stories" - how my hidden beliefs and stories I told myself were holding me back from accomplishing my goals, especially with respect to my finances and relationships - things I did not realize were at the core of my self-identity. With the great Innercising techniques and tools, including visualizing and emotionalizing new beliefs, I'm creating new thought and action patterns. I'm paying down my debts. I'll happier in myself and applying that to old and new relationships. I'm eager to move forward on all my dreams and goals!And just like increased exercising my body is getting great results, I'm finding that more I Innercise, the more I achieve, and I am highly motivated to achieve more, consistently so!I also Innercise in conjunction with the brain-retraining programs John and his amazing team offer through NeuroGym... and the generous sharing within the NeuroGym community - mentors and members alike.And like exercising, Innercising is now a vital, everyday part of my life! It is not often that we have the opportunity to study life skills alongside an experienced and respected coach and trainer, to come under the tutelage of a number of experts in the field of NeuroScience, to rub shoulders with overcomers from around the world, to take our own life to higher ground in the process of writing a book review. I am in that highly privileged position and it is with pleasure that I now share my thoughts on a brand new book, by a reknowned leader and life coach, New York Times bestselling author, John Assaraf, who has recently launched his latest book āInnerciseā.Without hesitation, I recommend this book wholeheartedly, not only to individuals who feel that there is more to life and need help to reach it, but to everyone in the education system, the business world, the health and wellbeing professions, in leadership of churches and other organisational groups, and in communities where it is recognised that the mind needs to be taken care of and people given the real and practical hope that comes with skills, which they are crying out for.The author of the Innercise book has an ambitious dream of taking this book to millions of people, in order to raise the bar, to help to make a difference in every aspect of our lives. He has written this book in a simple and yet concise style. John Assaraf has, indeed, written much as he speaks to the crowd or to the person in tears on the sofa of his live screening of the online event āBrain-A-Thonā ⦠He is real, relevant, contemporary, empathetic and normal to the core. John helps the average person to see that they do not have to live bound in nervousness nor in fear, and that we can find ways to move through these mindfully and well.One of my favourite chapters is entitled āBuff Your Brainā, no doubt due to the fact that this was my reason for watching the āBrain-A-Thonā in March this year, seeking help to buff my own brain. In this section, we are taught about our three core neuro-muscles, how to understand them and how to use them to best effect, using innercises to strengthen those muscles.āOur three core neuro-muscles are:ā Awareness: to bring new insight to things inside and outside you that you barely notice and to give you the ability to choose.ā Intention: to use the choice offered by awareness to decide what it is that you want.ā Action: to focus on that chosen path and deliberately choose how you will think, feel and act.These core neuro-muscles are most effective when repeatedly combined over extended periods of time.Innercises are fast, reliable techniques to help you strengthen each of your core neuro-muscles.ā [page 69]Sounds simple? Yes, a lot of it is ⦠and thatās the beauty of how we were designed.One of the things I have noticed while reading John Assarafās book is that he has purposefully used contemporary language, which will appeal to a broad group, a modern audience and others, and be highly accessible to the generation who are in school and university today, as well. There are ways of incorporating John Assarafās innercising audios, if desired, and information about links to a website where one can do so are included.Throughout the book, John shares his own life experience and he speaks to his audience from the heart, as well as from a position of authority. To be honest, I think that any person who lives what they teach, who has overcome challenges that many have not been prepared to face nor to excel in as a result of, and who gets results, is an authority and deserves to be referred to as an expert.John Assaraf does not carry around the attitude of someone who considers himself above nor wiser than any man. He is humble, and he is strong, his words and his life match. This man, who is a friend to many and lives a life of fun and success with integrity, has produced a book which he hopes will help to change āthe worldā ⦠indeed, I am happy to help him to do so by giving the book five stars.If you would like to lift the timbre of your life, I urge you to read and to learn from this great little book, āInnerciseā.ā„PS. I noticed a few very small typing errors in the text, but they do not distract from the quality of the material, nor from the presentation of the information and intelligent flow of the book.
