WacoalWomen's Full Support Underwire Sport Bra

I have been looking for a supportive bra and this one fits that description. It is full coverage, very supportive, wide straps and yet a flattering look in my clothes. The support has helped with pains in my shoulder and also helped my posture. This is not for someone who wants a cute sporty looking bra. It is substantial and an underwire also.

This is a review for the Wacoal Sport Underwire Bra 855170 (Simone). I have a different version as well, the Wacoal 853302 SPORT CONTOUR Bra. Both are listed with a description of "Women's Plus Size Sport Full Figure Underwire Bra."I really like my 853302 Contour bra but it was not available in my size so I gave the Simone sports bra a try, and I prefer this bra over the other one. While the Contour bra has straps that you can configure as criss-cross back or standard straps, the length adjustment on the satin straps tends to slide to the longest position over time. With the Simone sports bra, the length adjustment is done with a hook through a series of loops on the back of the strap. You can't do criss-cross back, but you don't get the bra straps stretching out and slipping off your shoulders when you work out.The Simone bra is very supportive, and it's very comfortable once you put it on. It runs a little small, and the bottom band does not have a lot of stretch so size up if you are in between sizes. I consistently wear at 36C, even for Wacoal regular bras, but I need a 38C for the sports bras. Because the bottom band doesn't stretch, when you first put it on, it might feel like it's too small or that it's constricting. Do the old bend over and adjust the girls and the band placement trick, and it will fit very comfortably.

I love that there's a stretch to the bra itself and it's super comfy. the structure in the middle is great, and lays flat against your chest cavity as it should, so the fit is ideal. I found the shoulder straps to be very hard to adjust though, as it took me a while to actually unhook it then hook it to the right notch. There are four hooks on the back strap, which allow for more adjustment and a snug fit which is esp good for running and exercising. I would buy another one

I would give this bra 5 stars except for one thing: it pills excessively. I’ve included pictures.No matter what shirt I wear I have to drag fabric pills off of it every time before I wash it, or it just gets worse with each wash.Otherwise, this bra is one of the best I have ever owned, if not THE best in terms of fit and durability.This thing is so comfortable I sleep in it (to keep the girls corralled!).I also walk for fitness and this thing really supports.It is true to size, and breathable in the summer and quite supportive, even for an ample chest!

I didn't look at the size suggestion so I ordered my usual size, a 36C. Well, I couldn't even fasten the band! Soooo small! But I knew I'd love this bra and decided to spend way more money on a bra than I ever have. So I returned it and ordered a 38C and this time it fits, but just barely.. it's on the last clasp! If you have a larger back.. you may even have to order a 40, no kidding! It's weird because I have other Wacoal bras that I bought (half price at a department store) and they fit better, but still pretty tight. I bought their regular bras (no wire) in a 36D, so the cup size made them a bit more forgiving.This bra is perfect for comfort because it: 1) has wide shoulder straps 2) the underwire is on the OUTside so you don't feel it at all (I don't wear wires usually) and 3) it encapsulates each breast, so no sweaty uniboob.. ewwww. Gross.It has adjustable straps in the back so you can take the stress off your shoulders. I know $68 is a lot for a bra, but I need a good bra for sports and yoga and this one is so unique. A lot of thought went into the making of this bra. I think it's pretty ugly in white or beige, but I got the black one and it looks good, especially as a sports bra. The wires do go up high in the armpit so if this bothers you or you have a lot of skin there, it may be a problem. I have wide breasts, so this one is good for me and I look so good in it, too!First review for a bra ever! Worth it.

This is the most comfortable I've ever worn. I love this bra. It might not be very sexy but it's full coverage cups are wonderful for holding me in. The fabric is super soft and molds to your body. Only bad thing ive noticed is since the material is so soft it shows when nipples when they get hard. Other then that I love this bra and don't even realize I'm wearing a bra most the time.

This is an “inside out bra”, meaning the wire is on the outside of the bra. I knew before purchasing because got this bra years ago, but I’m not sure if you can tell from the pictures or if it’s written in the description. I’m around a 36G, depending on the cut or brand, which is what I ended up getting with this bra. I like the shape it gave me, but the wires along the sternum don’t lay flat. If I wear something fitted you can definitely see it. But for wearing loose stuff or heavy sweaters it works just fine, and it’s pretty comfortable.Take this review with a grain of salt as personal comforts for fit and breast shape/density all play a role in how “well” a bra fits or how “comfortable” it is.

As I have tried many bras and sports bras I believe I can truly rate this sport bra as one of my favorite. This bra supports, controls and lifts a substantial bust line for me….I have not found a better product anywhere. It has been my go to bra for working out and even for the office. I highly recommend these bras.

I’ve been searching for years for a sport bra that would fit my fuller bust for years with no luck. Not only does this one fit perfectly, it’s super comfy. Glad I found it👍🏻

Cup size is great but band size is slightly tighter so not as comfortable as my first purchase of this item.
