The only.bench knife I use in my micro bakery. Threw out the fancy one (b&t). This one fits the hand perfectly, and is the right amount of sharp.

Solid, well-built
Solid and well-built scrapers. Good steel, straight edge. Hefty rubber (not cheap plastic) handles. Great price. Will update in due course with how they hold up. So far Iโm cautiously impressed.
