**Q: Does it have Spoke Wrench Set**
A: It has a spoke wrench. I don't think it has a "set" of them.

**Q: Is this an actual crank brothers item?  details show warranty is 12 months (should be lifetime) and manufacturer is not crank brothers.**
A: Yes this is a crank brothers multi tool. I searched around before I bought this one and it is well worth the money. I can pretty much take my whole bike apart with this tool.

**Q: For a chain repair, do i also need a chain pliers in my bag or i can just use this to temporarily fix my chain?**
A: This tool is all you need. I carry an extra quick link though.

**Q: I was unable to break a kmc 11-speed chain with the m19, any tips for people with stiff chains to generate more leverage?**
A: We regret to hear about your trouble with the M19 chain tool on an 11 speed chain. 

There might be a few different reasons the chain tool is not working. It’s possible your tool is an older version that was only compatible with up to a 10 speed chain.

Adding grease to the pin threads give quite a bit more leverage.
