Hamilton BeachPerformance 6 Speed Hand Mixer

Gosh. Where has this mixer been all my life. I love this hand mixer. It has six speeds and a pulse button. It has multiple different beaters and the storage box that attaches to it is super convenient. I love how the end of the storage box opens to put away clean beaters. I used all six speeds and it actually does go faster. The only reason why I'm saying that is my past hand mixers had multiple speed options to choose but were actually only two speeds. It is comfortable to hold and not to heavy or cumbersome to use. It has a ridge to rest on a bowl too. So I am thrilled with this mixer. I bake alot. And this is now one of my favorite kitchen gadgets to use along with my stand mixer for bigger batches. This is every bakers dream hand mixer.

The accessories are great! The container to keep it together is perfection! Easy to use and speeds are just what you need.

Nice storage.It serves the purpose however the on / off button is very sensitive.The numbers and letters wear off very quickly.

I've used the mixer many times & am very pleased. Great for all my baking & food prep needs. It's easy to get all attachments & wire in the case and locks securely.

I’ve made breads, cakes and cupcakes with this and it’s fabulous. Love all the attachments and how easy it is to use.

I was hard pressed to find a blender during the holidays after my trusted old one died. This had the right specs, but the "road test" showed some real issues. First, the motor labored on the mashed potatoes. Then, the blades don't come with the thicker blades so I was left trying to blend the potatoes thoroughly with wire beaters. They really don't grab anything, so the mixing was much longer and the results weren't consistent. I ended up mixing with a wooden spoon and muscling it through. I regret making this purchase, but the time window expired and it's now going into a donation bag as nearly new.

The base didn’t quite click in on the bottom of the mixer.

Mixer itself is great. Hamilton Beach went cheap with storage container for tools. Had same previous model which had plenty of room for tools.

This is my second Hamilton beach and love them. The burst feature is my fav!! Only got a second unit as the original beater began to deteriorate and I could find beaters sold separately. So now I have one to take to the cottage as the new one came with LOTS of beater options.
