Watch Ya Mouth 90S Edition Party Card Game

It’s good fun but the cards found within the original game are much better

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys (13-19yrs). We played this 3 or 4 days in a row & laughed so much!! There are a ton of cards. We had to skip some because we didn’t know what it was or how to say it (pop culture cards mostly) but there’s so many cards I don’t see that being a problem. One thing to note, there are 2 sizes of mouth pieces. You look at them & grab the smaller one & stretch your lips around it. You try to read your card & of course you start laughing. OMG OUCH!! The thing digs into your gums!! Took me a bit to figure out that you need to use the big one if you are like 12+. It’s HARD to get it into your mouth but it fits better & doesn’t dig into your gums/teeth. Buy a tube of Vaseline for everyone’s lips afterwards. This game does not disappoint!! The more people you play with the more fun you will have.

I'm super disappointed to have to give a negative review but the mouth pieces were so painful we couldn't even play the game. I tried playing with 2 different groups of friends on different occasions and out of 12 of us only 2 people could stand to continue playing. Honestly, I think the only reason that their mouths didn't hurt like rest of us is because of the amount of alcohol they consumed compared to everyone else! I even purchased extra mouth pieces so people had more options to choose from. Didn't matter. They are super uncomfortable and even cut the gums of some. So unless they come up with a new design for the mouth pieces (I would suggest silicone coating) I'm stuck with a fun game I can't play.Super bummed.

I was excited to order and play this game with my family. I was nervous because I read a couple of reviews where people were complaining the cheek retractors hurting and being unable to play. The edition that I bought (Ultimate Edition) came with two sizes. The larger sizes worked good for my wife and I, while the smaller sizes worked good for my kids (8,10, and 12). My daughter said that it was hurting her gums when she first put the mouth piece in but I just told her to push her lips out like she is making a kissing face and this immediate relieved the gum sensitivity. Also I'd recommend only putting in the mouth piece when it is your turn to play so your cheeks don't get too tired. Lots of laughing and the ultimate addition comes with a ton of cards. Some of the other reviews had said there weren't enough cards so they went through them too fast (I believe this may have been with the standard edition). If you're looking for a fun game and don't mind looking/sounding silly and maybe some drool... this game is great.

This was hilarious just because of the mouth pieces. I didn't care as much for the cards or some phrases but definately hilarious just trying to guess single words. The mouth pieces started to hurt after a few minutes of wearing them so you do have to take them off to let your mouth/gums rest. You also drool so you gotta watch out! I boughy 2 of these, the first one was a birthday gift and the second one was for my family and I. Would buy again as a gift if needed.
