Supporting healthy arterial blood supply is another major reason for taking this supplement. Depending on how much cardio-vascular challenge a patient has, will determine the dosage needed. For a healthy 40-50 year old person I would recommend 4 capsules at once in the morning with food three times per week (Monday-Wednesday-Friday.) Patients under the care of a cardiologist should consider increasing the frequency to at least five times per week as per a cardiologist evaluation. This is an awesome product. I read the reviews on it before I purchased and I compared it to other similar products like Extendovite and Heart and Body, and found the reviews favored this product and now I am on my second bottle; I have more energy and feel more healthy overall. I have experienced no ill side effects. I should mention that I have GERD and other digestive problems, but this supplement has had only positive results so far for me. Be sure to drink at least 6-8 oz of water when taking the capsules!

Did not do what it is supposed to do.

I was introduced by Sam in 1998, totld him of my health issue,He indicated he had developed a product which would help, but it tastes like dead fish, but it works.So since that first week of trial, I haven't switched.It works great, has never let me done.

Like price point and quality. Will order again.

It's ok, but Xtenovite is better !
