I’m glad I waited to post a review for this brush! I’ve painted a bed frame, bedside table and a very small chest using it-2 litres of chalk paint at the most. I’ve never let the paint dry and washed it after every use by simply running it under warm water until the water runs clear. I’ve never squeezed it excessively and always let it air dry. Today I’m using it on a dining room chair using very little paint to get achieve a smooth coat. I was barely able to get the first coat of paint on without loosing huge amounts of the bristles. Every dip of paint and every stroke of the brush left bristles hanging off the brush! I’m so disappointed and realize that I shouldn’t have skimped and purchased the best brush from the start! I’m my opinion this was a complete waste of money! Don’t bother with this one if you’re planning on doing more than a couple of items!

I was really looking forward to using this brush for my chalk painting projects . Right from the start bristles were falling out and getting stuck in the paint surface. When I went to clean it more fell out .The one good thing is , it holds a lot of paint and does give a nice smooth look ,with out brush strokes . I was able to finish painting my projects a lot faster . Used it for 2 projects so far , not sure if it will make it through another one , which is disappointing considering the cost of it .

Ne laisse pas de traces de pinceau mais il perd ses poils c'est une catastrophe !!! Je viens de le recevoir a la première utilisation tout les poils tombent ! Je ne peux pas m'en servir -_- c'est cher pour cette qualité qui ne vaut pas mieux qu'un pinceau doux du Dollarama.Je déconseille !

I recently discovered Colorantic products and I am very pleased with everything I have used so far. The brushes especially though are a great tool. The bristles are not too hard or soft, and paint cleans out of them easily. I have used them to chalk paint all of the furniture in my home office. Great buy.
