I am horrible with soft carriers, never quite managed well. This one is not a bad option because it has a sewn back, so you don't have to wrap yourself in feet of fabric, it's almost like a tee-shirt with a very loose front. It was really hard and awkward to get the baby in. I had to ask my mom to help for the first time, I thought I was twisting baby's legs out! The baby does settle in once inside, but it's always different, some days it's more successful and you feel comfortable and the baby looks properly positioned, and some days just not there and it all feels off. The fabric is fairly thin and breathable, probably as thin as you can make it, yet strong enough for the purpose. You will sweat under the baby regardless when u exchange body heat. Overall I used it for the first couple of months, then switched to the more structured carries once she was a bit older.

I ordered a largeI’m usually a medium a lot of the reviews said to get a size larger and I did but I should have gotten two sizes biggerI can’t fit my baby in it really anymore and she’s almost two months

Love this wrap, it’s a little tricky to figure out at first but way easier than the wraps you have to tie. My only complaint is the picture made it seem like it was gray stripes but it’s gray dots which I’m not a fan of the look of it.
