These are impossible to keep clean. Everything sticks to them because of the texture. I have to use a scouring pad to get even salt off of them. Glasses also leave a mark that has to be scrubbed off if there is any condensation off of the glass.

Bought it 2 years ago, still looks new. Cleaning can be challenging. Finally, I started spraying DIY cleaning product on it (1 cup of water with few drops of dish soap) and clean with microfiber cloth or paper towel.

I bought this to put under my appliances like my coffee pot because it handles heat. The only drawback is the light texture that is difficult to wipe up spills or coffee grains. I wish it was completely smooth.

These silicone placemats are sheer perfection. I purchased the black and white to go on my black table with faux black marble top. They look stunning on my table. I have been searching for so long for just the right placemats. I wanted placemats that you only have to wipe clean. I wanted placemats that would fully protect my table, both from spills and from heat. I wanted placemats that were large enough to accommodate my large plates. And, of course, I wanted placemats that fit beautifully with my décor. These placemats fit all of my criteria. They did come a bit wrinkled. They are shipped inserted in a plastic bag, then rolled up. Unfortunately, one end was not covered by the plastic bag, and so it came wrinkled. I am still giving the product 5 stars because I don't think the wrinkles affect the beauty of the placemats. Another thing I like about these placemats is that they are very thin--like fabric. Also, they look pretty indestructible. I would highly recommend this product.

These placemats look beautiful but they are not what I expected. They are very difficult to clean. Not easy at all. They have a rough surface so when you wash them off, you also have to dry by patting them off. Takes a bit of extra time-especially if you use them every day

These were intended as a good day-to-day product in a very busy household. When I opened them, they were rather crumpled and not laying flat. No big deal I thought. I tried dipping them in boiling water to heat reset their flatness. No effect at all. It’s been weeks and they still don’t lay flat. Makes them seem cheap. Also the design seems cheap. I tried contacting the seller after getting one of those sappy emails. You know the, “ if there’s anything at all we can help with!” Bologna. Never got a response.

These place mats really POP on the dining table! They look good, stay in place and don't slide around. Spills just rinse off. It's a little hard to brush off crumbs, though, due to the same textured, non slip surface that I was looking for. I recommend them. As far as shipping, they came sooner than I dared to hope.

These are very beautiful, easy to maintain Place Mats. It is too bad that they are not available anymore.

The mats are very good. Not slippery at all. I recommend it.

These are awesome! non-slip, soft silicone. They are a little thinner than I thought they would be so I haven't dared to put a really hot pot on them and still use a large silicone pad for that but these are fine for a hot plate and they are beautiful.

Elegant looking placemats. Perfect for dinning table. Everyone in the family liked them. I may buy another set soon.
