been taking for about a year now. They seem to work for my joints. It has all the right stuff with ginger & black pepper. I have friends who use the same ingredients but the mix them into a drink. YUCK.... These are easy on the tastebuds

Don't like the taste and pain in hip returned...
I decided to try this brand after buying BeLive brand for 5 years, since it is $6 a bottle cheaper. First up - I really don't like the taste. I'm not a picky eater or sensitive to flavors at all - it could be the pepper or ginger, not sure. I kept taking them for a couple of days, and suddenly woke up in the middle of the night with hip discomfort/slight pain. I am a side sleeper and haven't experienced this since I started BeLive. I also take a glucosamine supplement. Nothing else changed in my exercise routine, sleep routine, eating, supplements, no injury, etc. - except for these gummies. I've felt hip pain the last few nights. All I can think of is that even though these gummies appear to be stronger than BeLive, they either aren't or the combination of ingredients isn't as potent. I'm going back to BeLive, they taste and work better for me.
