Diablo Freud D1244X 12-Inch 44 Tooth ATB General Purpose Miter Saw Blade with 1-Inch Arbor

I needed a general blade for my 12" miter saw as the fine cut blade was starting to burn the wood and was several years old ~ dozen or so wood projects with it. Had a project cutting a lot of 2x4 and 2x6 for a tree house for the kids. Bought this sawblade for quick cuts for framing... I knew the tooth count was a little high for this, I think a 32T's are the most common for General lumber. Since the Diablo 44T and was only ~$3 more than the dewalt I figured I would give it a try. Cuts rough lumber like butter, zero resistance, no motor lugging, smoke, etc. and the cuts are very smooth and nice. IMO for a DIYer this is a great all purpose blade, you could certainly use this blade for trim work i.e. base boards, crown, chair rail, etc. if you know what your doing, go slow, allow blade to get up to full speed, standard angles 22.5, 45's.Really nice blade, should last someone like me years and several remodels.

I need to replace the stock blade on my 10 year old mitre saw. I have been doing research on finding something good without breaking the bank. And after extensive research, I decided on this Diablo general purpose blade. I was unsure about this initially because it has less teeth than my 60 teeth stock blade. But once I installed it and started cutting, it out performed my stock blade even when it was new! Even with less teeth, the cross cuts are super clean, and much less sound and vibration! And the best part, it doesn't cost much! I am so happy with this.

I like the price. I’ve purchased this blade at a lumberyard, great shop blade for the woodworking I do.

Nunca habia usado un disco de esta marca en mi maquina , y tenia dudas por la revoluciones recomendadas en los discos de carburo , pero ahora que lo estoy usando noto una gran diferencia en comparacion con otras marcas , el filo que trae es excelente y eso que a veces lo uso a su máximo de capacidad de corte ( 11 cm) y en maderas dificiles, super recomendado, pedire otros
