Hello, I have ordered four of these chairs now - they are awesome I am very very satisfied. I received three so far - and just ordered the fourth. I had to go out and purchase eye hooks and chains to hang the third; it didnt come with any hardware. Could you please send additional hardware with the fourth hanging chair I just ordered?Thank you

I really love this hammock and it is my wife's favorite color! It is very well made and very comfortable!Pictures don't show how pretty the color is. It is made from soft spun polyester and it is beautiful. The string is very soft and shiny so the color is rich and vibrant!Installation is very easy! I installed this hammock under a second story deck so we could sit and enjoy the woods under the shade of the deck. I drilled a hole in a 4 X 12 deck support beam and screwed in the included eye bolt lag screw. The lag screw has a hook that hangs down from it that the hammock can hook directly to. There is also about 8 inches of chain and an S hook included to allow you to adjust the height.I ended up not needing the chain and just used the S hook to drop it down a couple of inches to the right height for my installation. There is a metal insert that the hammock is woven around to protect the polyester from being worn out by the metal hooks. (See attached pictures)The hammock is very comfortable and soft. At first I tried to lay in it like a typical hammock which was a little awkward and then I remembered it was a hammock "chair". I adjusted myself so that I was more sitting than lying down and it was very comfortable. Depending on how you sit in it, you can get different levels of back and neck support.By moving back further it was more upright and chair like with my head not resting against the hammock back. In this position it was comfortable to have my legs fully stretched out or even crossed which felt like a neat way to sit for meditation or reading a book. If I moved forward, it was more of a recliner with my legs outstretched and my head supported. I could definitely take a nap in this position.It comes with an instruction manual with suggestions on installation and maintenance. I believe with a little care this hammock will last a very long time. It is suggested that you not leave it in the rain or sun for long periods of time and that it be hand-washed with mild soap if needed. I plan to store mine in the basement when I'm not using it and I look forward to many years of relaxation in it.
