I quite like this serum. I have fairly sensitive skin that can flair up when I use serums with ingrdients such as retinol, especially around the nose, but after a couple of weeks of testing the Neostrata serum my skin is breakout free. Does it work as an anti-ageing serum? I've no idea. I expect it would take a couple of months of use before the first signs of success became apparent, but for now I'm happy to keep using it.The serum is almost entirely unscented. There's a very slight kinda medicinal scent to it, but it's not all that noticeable and it doesn't linger on the skin. The serum is quite thin, though not all that runny, and it leaves behind a residue that leaves my skin very tacky for just a few minutes. It fades quickly, but I like to wash my hands directly after application or the tackiness would bother me.All in all I'm happy with this serum. As long as my breakouts stay away I'll continue to recommend it.

This is a very gentle, hydrating face serum that combats the signs of aging. The serum contains polyhydroxy acids (PHAs), which are milder than alpha hydroxy acids or retinols. The acids have an antioxidant effect that combats skin damage and brightens your skin. They also act as a humectant, locking in moisture.One unique feature of this product is that it does not cause sun sensitivity. It is extremely gentle.I've been using the product at night under my moisturizer for a few weeks and it has softened my fine lines and has not aggravated my sensitive skin. Obviously, it's not as powerful as retinols so the effects are less than stronger products. But I was happy with the result and very happy with how it kept my skin feeling hydrated and healthy.Happy with this product. It's a bit pricey, but overall very effective. Would recommend.

I don't necessarily have sensitive skin, but I do try to avoid anything that will dry out my face unnecessarily. This serum is very gentle and even has a mild smell. It's not overly perfume scented like most are. I've never heard of this brand until now, but I have become a fan. It's very easy to get out of the bottle and when applied at night, I feel good going to sleep knowing it is doing it's job without leaving my face or pillow a goopy mess. This is very smooth when applying. I don't have any burning or drying out when I use it. The only thing I find crazy is the price. $80 for 1 oz of serum. I haven't noticed any results for me to go out and buy it again, but it's only been 2 weeks of use. I just can't believe the price! That said, it's hard to find a serum that doesn't smell like perfume, so if this works; I'll pay for it.
