The ladder is perfect. Easily adjustable, strong and not heavy. I bought the leveler option which provides even more stability in unusual positions I suggest watching the video online about the various settings.

I bought this item from the reseller, and the delivery was a week, i got a call at the same day from them to deliver it at the same day with upgrading the ladder with no cost. This was really nice. With regards to the ladder, it's excellent for home use, heavy and durable. Just keep in mind it is heavy

Sturdy, strong, smaller in compact height than my other flimsy ladder but becomes much much taller with a few clicks. This is so well built, well designed and thoughtful. I love the strong levers that are safe to use and give you a satisfying feeling when extending / contracting. Absolute must buy.I got the 22ft one and when compact is shorter than my other 4 step cheaper, but weaker and flimsier ladder. It’s not as heavy as I thought and I’m glad I got this.Easy to extend. Watch the YouTube videos and you’ll get it immediately. Takes a few seconds and is very safe to use. It doesn’t move / twist as you climb up, so is very well built and balanced.

Sturdy ladder, commercial grade & security

Una de las mejores escaleras plegables de su categoría, e comprado otras de otras marcas que son mucho mas delgadas y se mueven mucho, esta esta mas solida y aparte tiene llantitas para moverla mas fácil, la compre a buen precio: ~5.2k, aparte le compre este accesorio de la misma marca: 15047-002, es una bandeja para poder colocar herramientas/pintura etc, funciona muy bien en modo tijera. 10/10

EXCELLANT LADDER

I purchased the 13' ladder. I bought it only for personal use around the house/outside, and I have owned it for a couple of weeks.As an average/slightly short woman, the ladder is slightly heavier than I'd like but not unwieldy and actually far lighter than it looks. It is very easy to adjust between all the lengths/shapes. It also comes with a small instruction booklet detailing all of the positions and how to achieve them.It is good on stairs and very stable. Once locked into a position it is truly 'locked' and does not wobble or slide on the ground.My only complaint is that I wish the rungs/steps were slightly wider. When I use the 90degree angle to paint near the ceiling (so much better than trying to twist or reach on a standard ladder) I have to get creative in where to put the paint bucket. But I'll take the lighter weight as a good compromise.Overall, I think this is a very nice quality ladder. It is expensive, but as homeowner I am always in need of a ladder at short notice. Between the versatility and material quality, I suspect it will pay for itself over many years of use. Besides, it's hard to put a price on piece-of-mind when many of the cheaper ladders out there are so unsteady.So far it has been used to paint, change ceiling lights and fans, clean gutters, and trim trees.*For clarification, the ladder length is measured fully extended; it is not the height while in "A" frame (which is just over 6'.) Also, the 13' version does not have wheels as described in the video. Those are only on the larger ladders.Edit 6/30/15:I just received an email from Amazon's customer service. There is a replacement wheel accessory kit for Little Giant ladders. Because the description page was misleading, I was issued a credit to order the kit. I did not contact customer service about this, as I feel that it is small enough not to need wheels. Yet another reason I love Amazon!
