A bit thick, but potent. Used it to make icecream and works well. Did a little bit of research and selected this, and am not disappointed. The aroma is stronger than the flavor in the mouth, i would have preferred it to be more punchy, but that is just my personal taste

Wow! It's strong
I drink protein shakes. I really need to change up the flavors and this seemed the perfect way to do it. I poured just a touch into my 32ounce shake and ended up pouring it out and making another one. The first one nearly set my mouth on fire. Turns out that 2 to 3 drops gives all the flavor I was looking for in my Quest vanilla shake. This bottle is going to last a long time. The taste was everything I had hoped for. It gets my 5 stars!
