I've spent more and less for a 10 by 10 canopy. It is a bit heavier and less compact collapsed than some other brands, but would purchase this brand again. I am female 48 out of shape and don't have any problem setting it up by myself, it just takes me a little longer. I anchor the opposite diagonal leg to a cooler or one of the sand bags to open and erect it. I like that it the eve can be adjusted to 8 feet or there about. I ordered extra sidewalls so I have more configurations. The canopy fabric is dense and pvc backed. I did have a couple of seams leak during a moderate rain and a couple of slow drips formed. No water pooled on the canopy since the high peak design sheds water off unlike others. I will add seam waterproofing tape or liquid seam waterproofing, I'm okay to improve on my equipment. Also had it staked and sand bagged with those it came with and had 15-20mph gusts come through all weekend with a steady 10mph breeze. The canopy wavered slightly but never acted like it was going to fly, unlike a couple of neighboring canopies.
