I installed this inlet valve Friday and it is so much quieter then the one I just bought earlier this year. That one began to fail, pulsing water the lower ice maker. I was also happy to be able to buy a 2 year warranty on it. So far so good!

Valve fixed my issue of slow drip coming from Frigidaire Gallery fridge. Only issue was that there were no instructions however this was easy to overcome with videos from a 3rd party on the web.

This valve solved the problem of the water line to the ice maker freezing up.

Item did not work so we sent it back using the QR code they sent but we never received a refund. Beware!

It came right on time and it is working perfectly. I am glad Amazon had the part, one of the few places I could find the model number part. Watched a video on YouTube to help as a guide, and it was quick and easy.

I tend to be handy around the house, and I found that replacing this part was quite easy--only a screwdriver was required. The price of the part was much cheaper than the price of replacing the fridge.

I had an issue where my in-door water dispenser was not working. When pressed, the refrigerator would make a low humming noise and little to no water was dispensed. I traced the noise to the bottom-back-left to where this part was located. To replace this unit, it took about 10-15 minutes. The replacement part fixed the issue and water is being dispensed normally now.The only issue that I had was the shipping. First, it was two days late. Second, packaging was terrible and I thought that I was going to have to return it for damage on arrival. However, it looked fine inside the box and the part worked once installed.
