Alba Botanica Natural Acnedote Invisible Treatment Gel, Maximum Strength 0.5

I used this on my face which had active pimples, and on my chest for some small black heads. I have very dry skin and this did leave a tacky feeling after I applied it which made me feel dirty even though I just washed my face. It seems to be managing anything in my chest area, but nothing really amazing like I’ve seen in other acne products with similar ingredients. Lastly, it did seem to dry up the little pimples on my face overnight but I have these big brown spots like I was burned (I’ve seen other reviewers mention this too). So now I have clear skin on my face but three large marks that haven’t lightened up in 2 days. They will probably go away/peel off eventually but who wants MORE blemishes after using acne products haha.

This is my favorite BHA product. I am not a high maintenance skincare kind of girl, but this is one of only three products I regularly travel with (the others being Aquaphor lip treatment and Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream, since I'm sure you're wondering). It does exactly what it says--I can apply this to a blemish and within a few hours there is a noticeable reduction in size, color, and irritation. Never leave home without it!

I've been using this stuff for about a year now and still love it. I've gotten my mom hooked on it as well. It helps reduce the size of pimples over night. When I have a day where I really want clear skin I apply it a few times a day/night (like 3-4 times) it really helps!

I normally do not write product reviews but this one is necessary. I used this on my face last night. Woke up this morning and now my face is red and peeled. It looks like I have a huge burn on my face. DO NOT USE THIS!**Update**Came back from the dermatologist. I got an official diagnosis and I have a chemical burn on my face.

I love this stuff! My skin is extremely sensitive and I get hives using other products. But this stuff feels really good, heavy on the alcohol side so if that’s an issue for you, it might not be the best. I love it because I see results the next morning. I wish they made bigger bottles because the little tubes go by fast.
