With its price tag looks expensive, but received it with disappointment. Had to guess what SD card would work. 8gb class 10 nope, 8gb class 4 yes, 16gb class 10 yes, 32 gb class 10 no. Why? I don't know. Then after browsing other cam, saw the same model for 60% less.

The camera box I received is totally different than what’s on the picture! It was a cheap looking box.The other problem I found was the instructions, all in Chinese, however there was some English translation that didn’t make any sense. I guess someone used google translate and copy pasted the content...!

This itty bitty camera is so small, and they packed several features into a device that only has room for 2 small buttons. Getting it to do anything is like trying to enter a cheat code. I will admit I felt pretty dumb at first. Learn from my mistakes-- when it says hold the button down for 2 seconds. Don't sit there like an idiot holding it down until the light changes-- because it WON'T!! Hold it for 2 seconds & release.Also take off the stickers! The rainbow one just screams "hey look at me- I look like the instagram logo" and totally defeats the purpose of a hidden camera. The little one around the lens, it interferes just a bit as you can see from my video. The nightshot leaves something to be desired. But again--what do you expect from a device this tiny? The IR led's are darn near microscopic. You simply cannot expect something this small to have the same quality of a larger camera.But overall for the price- it's not bad at all- better than I expected actually. It's actually better than a lot of the CCTV footage released from retailers-- is it crystal clear? no way-- at least not from what I can see.. but if you think you're getting a go pro for this price you're nuts. It is more than adequate to easily identify a person.It also has to mounts- one to clip on & one that you can use to mount it on a shelf or something. Plus it came with a USB adapter for a micro SD card (which you don't actually need because you can plug it into your computer just like a thumb drive using the included cord), so that's another bonus.

***Update 12/5/19*** After leaving this review this seller has contacted me no Iess than 6 times trying to bribe me into deleting this review. I have filed complaints with Amazon but they still continue to contact me through made up gmail accounts. I have told them to stop but yet again this morning I got another email from a gmail address.***DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!I went into this purchase knowing that I was only spending $20 so I wasn't expecting much. First, my SD card slide all the way into the camera and fell inside. No card stop. I had the take the camera apart to get my card out. Once I got the card positioned, a task in of it self, I was able to get it working and recorded some video and took a few pictures. The instructions are very poorly translated from Chinese. I could not get the motion sensing fiction to work because the instructions are actually wrong. I emailed Ehomful and they responded quickly with better instructions. I got it to work but it will not reset after motion is activated. If motion stops it just keeps recording. Again, what do you expect from a $20 camera. The only good thing I can say is that the customer service was quick to respond and it dose take video and pictures. Not good video. I wouldn't say it was even 720p. Pictures were ok but you really do not know where you are pointing the camera. Not recommended to buy. Try something else.

Update: Customer service great! They reach out to resolve my issues and replace product at no cost and credit my account. Looking forward to trying out the new replacement and update my review on it.NOTE THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD & IT'S JUST LITTLE ISSUE THAT I HOPE THE REPLACEMENT WITH RESOLVE.Quality in video is great! Clear able to identify person items very well audio good too👌, but unfortunately it doesn't always record & some videos don't playback Disappointing when you think it's been recording! MD was good. Very small able to hide.

This thing is tiny! It's cheap, and has good quality video. For the price, this thing is amazing. Remove the sticker if you want to hide it somewhere. Leave the sticker to use as a deterrent. Easy to hide, follow the instructions, using it is not intuitive because of the size. Follow the instructions, it will work. Plan a few minutes to play with it, and understand it before putting it to use, and you'll be happy with it. Works as expected.

I just want to say how great the customer service was. I was very impressed!! I had put the wrong sd card in and they took awesome care of me. They should be 5 star 100%.The camera works great and I most definitely recommend it!!!
