This butter dish is exactly the same as it appears in the picture. It's a complete set along with the butter knife so pretty compact and organiser. It holds more than 250gms butter.

Bought it so I could store the whole of 500g butter brick. The butter doesn't fit and is poking out of the dish. The cover also takes space of inside the dish, further reducing the space available for butter. It is appropriate though for maybe 250g of butter brick. I had to save half the butter in the Amul packing. The product otherwise is good quality.

The product display picture has word Butter written on it, however the one delivered does not have anything written, it's a plain white ceramic container. Wooden lid is fine with silicon rubbers for the airtight feature,but somehow mine is not a airtight ,there is a gap.Coming to the knife provided, it's is good but the only issue is it is very losse and does not fit in the design space on the lid.Delivery and packaging was very good.For these flaws I feel the pricing should be reduced

The dish is good but should have been a bit bigger to accommodate an entire half kg slab of butter. Rest it is perfect

Does not fit 500gm amul butter, not deep enough. There is no print in the dish as displayed mentioning butter
