The founder of the restaurant, from barga, Italy, had a passion for great tasting food. Her salad dressings were so popular, Teresa marzetti could not keep up with the demand, so she built a production facility in Columbus, oh, which opened in 1956. Today, marzetti distributes products from sixteen facilities in seven states. Today the wide range of quality products that ortalli offers is created in a new production plant set in the Modena region surrounded by the family vineyards. The new plant was designed and purposely built to offer ideal conditions for the aging and the production of PGI balsamic vinegar of Modena. Everything has been accomplished with ecological sustainability as a key priority. The 6 flavors ortalli glazes include balsamic, fig, cherry, apple, lemon and mustard. These are small bottles are 5.07 ounce.
