I saw some negatives feedbacks on this bulb about not being able to connect to the phone/app and out of the sudden it starts to flick, etc. Which I was a bit afraid before getting this bulb, but decided to try it myself and bought it. Best decision ever👌. Connecting to the app is not that big of a problem as long as you follow the instructions as the app says and so far I had no issues with it. For those maybe wondering, It does work with smartthings you just have to added it in the smartthings app (not the classic app). Plus, alexa and google assistance does a pretty good job on turning on/off this bulb. I'm planning on getting three more of these.👌👌👌

I watched a YouTube video that recommended this light even though they said using the app during setup was confusing. I found that to be true too. But I've had them (2 lights) working now for a couple of days, and they work great. Integrating them with Google Home was easy, and I can control them easily through Google or the Yeelight App. My 4 of 5 rating was because of the app.

Works nice with Xiaoai AI system.But 1 of 2 I bought malfunctioned after ~3 months use. I got a decent replacement, hope it lasts longer.If the lamp disconnected too often -- more likely your wifi channel # is not sufficient for all your devices -- most wifi router support 8 or 16 devices, sometimes 32. If you have too many devices connecting simultaneously, some will be kicked out.

To use this light bulb you have to use this atrociously made smartphone app that makes you give them personal info set up account with way too much security. App keeps stalling out, can't log in, won't recognize device, etc. and all of this BS just to turn on a damned light bulb, it's insane! Don't waste your money on this flaming nightmare of a time-wasting, non-functional product. There are lots of great LED bulbs out there with MUCH better smartphone apps. Spend your money on something that actually works and doesn't make you jump through so many totally unnecessary hoops just to turn on a damned light bulb. How about something where you open the app, it connects with bulb(s) and then you turn on/off/change color etc. with a simple straight forward interface like what other manufacturers use. I don't want a damned account with you, I want a light bulb that actually works and doesn't take an hour of tinkering to work. Take all of your insane security and logins and shove them someplace where the light doesn't shine. Yeelight, you really suck. This is the absolute worst product I have ever purchased off of Amazon.com and I will be returning this piece of junk to the manufacturer. I am so tired of feedback being artificially inflated by people getting free products and so here's the hard, cold truth for my review.

The brightness is perfect because it's adjustable:)Easy to set up!Also works well with weak wifi signal :)
