Q: Can you clip to a metal leash, closer to the dog?

You can clip it on the collar, a shorter leash, or anything else you like.

Q: would this be strong enough as a handle for dual leashes? They’re bungees for a 90+ and 25lbs dog

I would think so, with you being able to lock it in place. I get control of my dog by standing right in front of her if she has fear.

Q: I need a leash to just direct her when out to be pee that i can let go and it doesnt drag on ground. Is this short enough? Small lab mix

I have a full sized German Shepherd and it doesn’t drag on the ground. Check the measurements on the leash if available and compare to he height of your dog.

Q: How to undo the clasp? Mine has locked at first use.

Maybe the clasp is screwed up. would you try loosen the screw?
