Wanted to explain a few things about this product.1. A few people mentioned that they experienced nausea, but I did not.2. I actually didn't feel much different, and I took these for about a month and a half.3. As of, they have not caused any inconveniences for me, but I'm not seeing much of a difference.I will revisit this review after another month or so and see if there's any change. Remember that it takes time for supplements/vitamins to kick into the body and do what they are meant to do.

This has been a helpful addition to aiding in my necessary diet changes for eliminating gluten. I wrote my senior paper on aged garlic and found there is plenty of definitive research proving multiple benefits to aged garlic. My bloating and gas has greatly diminshed.
