Great for first steps to reading
My almost 4 year old loves this book. She worked through it with help and not all in one go and it has a good mix of story-telling, colouring, circling pictures and letters, drawing lines between pictures and letters and using stickers. There are no extra stickers to use as rewards, there’s only a trophy sticker once you have finished. We’ve used other books that work along similar lines but they have extra stickers you can use as rewards or motivation. At this age, a child will do anything for a sticker so this is a huge omission but there’s nothing stopping you from using your own stickers to motivate and reward. Your child will need help to work through the book to follow the instructions but it does make learning fun.

A winner with my 3 year old
My 3 year old is so excited by this book. Its all she wants to do. When she went to bed, she propped it up on display so she could continue with the activities in the morning and went straight to it in the morning. It is brilliant that these activities make a child so excited about learning to read and write. There is a variety of activities following a theme of a funny simple story. Some of them seem a little too advanced for my child, so I adapt them. It's more important that she's finding learning fun.Definitely recommend.

Perfect for starting school :)
My daughter is 4 and loves Biff and Kipper. She was only a month into her 1st year of school and managed this whole book. A lovely variety of activities and puzzles with characters she recognised. I bought one for a friend too and now look to get another now she is more confident with her letters. Fun and educational, really recommend!

Great!
A good product! My son is absolutely loving the Biff and Chip books and as he starts school in September this will be great for get him thinking about using his sounds on worksheets. He loves to read but not to right so this is good as he can use stickers rather than write himself.

great book
Bought this for our 4yo daughter for during half term at the great price of £3. something... we thought even if she doesn't bother to read it, it is a good price. However she loved it and was happy doing the exercise in their for ages. Money well spent and lots of content!
