Sound is perfect. Amazing from such a light, low profile iem.Stage is very wide, separation is immaculate, punchy and sharp.Feels comfortable and look slick.Well thought of from all angles. Pricy no doubt, but excellent if you can afford it.

Compared with B&O A8, Creative Air, Beyerdynamic DT990.I can’t tell much difference for the treble and mid when comparing to A8 and Air.It has better bass, both for volume and clarity.Wow, I’m amazed how Amazon is packaging its products. The fancy algorithm must determined that this £500 piece of gadget should go all in for environmental protection, while the toilet rolls need a huge box with extra paddings.

Grâce à leur petite taille, ils sont extrèmement confortables, et le cable fourni avec ajoute encore un confort supplémentaire : il est fin, léger, et pourtant assez robuste.Qualité sonore :Basse : Mon dieu, ces basses, c'est incroyable. Sur les Fiio FA9, on ressent très bien le punch d'un kick, ou bien les lignes de basse dans un morceau de metal, mais avec très peu de sub, et très peu de lourdeur.Ici, les Xelento, par je ne sais quelle sorcélerie, arrive à fournir des sub très précis et très net, avec des basses d'une intensité que je n'ai jamais entendu dans d'autres écouteurs.Les basses sont claires, lourdes, précises. Là ou c'est généralement la faiblesse d'une paire d'écouteurs, c'est ici leur point fort !Medium : Je m'étendrai moins sur ce point que sur les basses. Les mediums sont au même niveau que les Fiio FA9 ou les Shure SE 535 : détaillés et précis, ils sont incroyablement réalistes, et se détachent des mediums "chirurgicaux" du Fiio FA9.Aigus : J'ai globalement du mal avec les aigus de beaucoup d'intra. Les Fiio FA9, par exemple, ont surement les meilleurs aigus que j'ai jamais entendu, mais ils sont beaucoup trop prononcés, et prennent beaucoup trop de place dans le mix. Ceux des Xelento, en revanche, sont, certes, de toute aussi bonne facture (très bons détails et très bonne clarté), mais sans être aussi "artificiels" que les autres paires que j'ai pu tester. Ils sont globalement chaleureux, et cela fait enormément de bien sur une paire d'écouteurs.Soundstage : En plus des basses, c'est ce point là qui m'a impréssioné. Préparez-vous à être au milieu d'une scène, fermez les yeux, vous êtes devant le groupe. On peut différencier chaque instrument, chaque son, sans aucune difficulté. Les reverb et delay chatouillent nos oreilles alégrement, et le resultat finale est tout bonnement incroyable.Conclusion :En bref, ces écouteurs plairont à ceux, comme moi, qui cherchent un son naturel, légérement porté vers les basses (ce qui n'impacte en rien la qualité des medium et des aigus), avec un soundstage tout bonnement incroyable.

Provenendo dalle shure se 846 mi sono piacevolmente sorpreso nel provare queste iem, il suono è leggermente più sbilanciato verso le frequenze più basse, ma a mio parere risulta più piacevole e rilassante da ascoltare, le ho trovate superiori alle shure in ogni aspetto. Unica nota negativa era forse il servizio amazon, in quanto le auricolari mi sono arrivate dentro al traveling case senza scatola o accessori, quando ciò non era riportato nella descrizione, comunque il problema è stato tempestivamente risolto dall'assistenza.

I bought these because they've been universally praised by top reviewers (i.e., crinacle's RANKING LIST) and my Westone earphones crapped out...again.The sonic resolution is next level. It reveals new details and whole new instruments that I'd never heard before in songs I've been listening to for decades. The claimed frequency response is 8-48,000 Hz, and I believe them. The bass reaches very low and is very tight and accurate, the mids, such as piano keys have clarity and weight, and the highs are superbly detailed without being smeared. I'm using mostly high-res files (flac) and they sound fantastic on my iPhone 6s. I'm sure they'd be even better with a dedicated digital audio player with a high-end D/A converter.Getting the ear tips right is crucial, as with every IEM. Fortunately they come with a great selection of tips, better than any other IEM I've owned in fact. They're also super comfortable, and have a very low profile, that is, they fit very easily in the ear. (Update: I've since bought SpinFit CP145 eartips and couldn't be happier with the fit)Other accessories include a 3-button cable w/mic for use with both Android and iPhones, a spare cable (without the 3-button controls) and a nice hard shell case. After a few week's worth of use, I have to report that the 3-button remote is, on occasion, not responsive in low temperatures (freezing or below). When that happens, tapping the centre control twice doesn't consistently skip ahead to the next song, but rather pauses the playback, as it's supposed to when you just tap once. At room temperature the 3-button remote works fine.My only other quibble is the price, but not the value. They sound much, much better than any of the higher end earphones I've owned. Superb, in fact. I reached my 1 year anniversary with the Xelento Remote in Jan 2021, and I've had zero issues. They have exceeded my expectations in terms of sound and build quality. Other very high end earbuds have multiple balanced armature drivers, up to a dozen or more. While I'm sure they also sound great, with that many drivers there's a greater likelihood that one could fail. The Xelento's are built with only a single dynamic driver, and they come with a reassuring 2-year guarantee from Beyerdynamic.Based on superb sound quality, build quality, accessories, and warranty coverage, and my very positive experience with them of daily use for over a year, if you can afford these I highly recommended them.
