I'm happy with the quality of the material. Not too hard to install and pretty easy to follow the instructions to set it all up. It looks good, feels solid and works well. I have only just installed it, however, so I can't comment on its durability. But why not 5 stars? The model shipped to me had a date stamped on it of June 2017. It was December 2021 when I ordered it. As a result, the included battery did not have sufficient charge. Unfortunately, it was only after a lot of time struggling to get it to work that I discovered the manufacture date and realized that the batteries might be the problem. This is because the device beeped and the lit up so it seemed to be working fine. The weakened batteries, however, meant that it would not properly set up the user code. It made it seem like there was a malfunction with the code setting mechanism rather than simply a battery problem. Without going into detail, save it to say it was SEVERAL HOURS and lots of trouble before it became apparent that the batteries were the problem--and as these are not common batteries it was not a simple matter of swapping out batteries i might have on hand. So my advice to others is look inside of the device to find its manufacture date and if it the code setting doesn't work quite right, try to get a new set of batteries!
