Wish I loved them
These would be great. However, the zippers that open the tray go around a curve that prevents children (and my husband) from closing them.I bought 3 of these for children ages 2 to 6. Sitting next to each of those kids are children ages 7 to 11. On the first trip while using these, the kids were really happy to use them. Then when it was time to close them up I had 3 kids crying because they couldn't close their trays... then 3 older kids complaining they couldn't close them either... then a husband who couldn't get them closed and questioned my purchase. I'm attempting to put a stitch in each side of the zippers so they can't be over opened and will hopefully close without further issue. I would recommend them if this issue was corrected.

Good idea but difficult to use
I really like the concept of this "tray" and when it was down it was sturdy enough for my child to easily color on. However, it was hard for my five-year-old to perfectly align the zippers to zip it back up. That caused issues of them crying from the back seat that their legs were getting hot but their arms weren't long enough to either zip it up or remove it from the seat. This would probably work better for an older child.

I bought 2 for both of our kids and they were such a hit for our 9 hour road trip!
