Innolife Wall Mount MMA Boxing Speed Trainer Punching Spinning Bar

So I received this last week and installed it the day before yesterday. It is satisfactory. The materials see of reasonable quality but the pieces aren't fitted well. There is serious play in the swing arm and it rattles a fair amount. I added some pieces to it to tighten the tolerances and make it smoother. If they put a few nylon washers in the main swing arm it would dampen the play in it. Basically, it's good enough and it's cheap so I can't give it a great review but I can't give it a poor review. Don't buy this for a gym or heavy use. This is a beginner rig at best good for use a few days a week for a year or two.

I was very surprised, it is a lot better built than I thought it would be. Heavy Duty, metal construction. The only plastic is the knob handles. Packs a punch. I attached it to my Focusmaster. Looking forward to adding this to my training routine. Great Price.

This thing is the real deal, great quality for the price. Not to mention, very fun and challenging to train with! It's lightweight out of the box, but easy to put together and install. Personally, I'd go with the wall mounted version as it seems sturdier and won't move around as much compared to the one with a base. I highly recommend it!
