Q: Does this have the vanilla milkshake smell to it?

Unfortunately it does not have that vanilla milkshake scent to it. It doesn't have the most appealing scent, but I do mix my argan oil with the Whipped cream conditioner and it is a great moisturizer.

all you need to do is rub a small amount in your hand , then run it through your hair.

Yes you do apply it George you blow dry.. I think it means near a flame.. I e been using this on my hair for years before I blow dry..

I disagree! It can be used all over! Also, add to a nice warm bath. I use it on my face, body, hair, lips when dry, anywhere!
