Wish I could give less than 1 star
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. The watch stopped working 2nd day and when I contacted the seller (not amazon), it is National Incontinence Customer Service, and they said we wont take it back even if it is within the 30 days guarantee period of amazon return. They asked me to contact the manufacturer (Global Assistive) at 1-888-778-4237. Manufacturer is asking to send the watch, where shipping is paid by the buyer. Depending on the defect the watch has it may or may not be covered in the warranty. So basically I am down $80 with a defective watch. I should have got the full refund on a defective item.An unhappy customer

nice watch but not for small children
NOT FOR SMALL CHILDREN--I purchased this for my three year old daughter to help her remember to go to the potty while she is at preschool. At home we use a timer so she knows to sit on the potty every hour. It was advertised as a potty timer, but I guess it's more for the parents to wear because this is WAY too large for a small child. It's a grown-up watch. The face is about an inch and a half in diameter and the band is for a grown up--it looked totally ridiculous on my daughter's wrist. ALso, the alarm is too quiet for it to work for young children. Basically, it's for adults.

Love this watch
This is a great watch for educators. It has a silent vibrating alarm that can be set for 5 seconds or hours apart. It will automatically reset for the next segment of the same measure. You can set it to remind yourself to give four positives for every negative or use it as an interval time sample when measuring behavior you are targeting for change. This watch could also be used for children with ADHD (inattentive) to remind them to get back on task. It was originally created to help children with potty training in the middle of the night- but has so many other uses.

Really Good, However . . .
I bought this watch about two years ago (give or take a few months), and really liked it, once I got the hang of how to set it. It was very useful to me, as I have ADD and tend to lose track of the time very easily; it also helped at work when I needed to do certain tasks at set times. It's an attractive watch, too, and it's hard to find nice-looking, vibrating alarm watches for women (why IS that??) Anyway, it was just about perfect for my needs until a bit of the plastic casing broke off, taking half the watch band with it. I have no idea how the casing happened to break--I don't believe I struck the watch against anything--but the plastic bit was immediately lost, leaving absolutely no way to repair it and re-attach the band. So, I started carrying the watch in my purse, because I could still hear it in there, but only when I was in the vicinity of my purse. Now the battery has run down, and I would like to get it replaced, but I can't come up with a way to actually WEAR THE WATCH anymore. It would be nice if the casing had been made of another material, or even a higher-impact plastic that wouldn't have broken off without warning. This isn't a cheap watch, either, so I can't just replace it when I know the watch I have still works (or will with a new battery.) Even if I could afford to replace it at this time and didn't mind having two identical working watches, I would hesitate because the same plastic-breakage thing might happen again. This has been really frustrating in an otherwise-top quality vibrating watch!!
