Amazing quality from Asus
Extremely powerful router, signal spreads everywhere. Lots of very powerful feature such as VPN, second WAN. Amazing app to control and set the router on smartphone. Everything extremely easy to set up with the friendly UI thanks to their amazing interface. Highly recommended to everyone who is looking for an amazing router at a reasonable price.

Expensive for features, lacks advanced parental controls
bought hoping this would have better parental controls but it only has url filter and time for usage. More advanced models have an AI feature but even more expensive. I did not need the Mesh feature.

Calidad / Precio / Rendimiento insuperable
El router es una bestia asi sin mas. Tiene opciones de todo tipo. Se puede usar con OpenVpn, se puede montar un servidor samba y conectarle un disco duro externo para tener una especie de NAS.El procesador es de dos nucleos y 4 hilos mas que sufiente para uso gaming.Yo tengo contratado en la casa 300 Mb simetricos con digi, con el router de la compañia me llegaban por wifi 180 Mb mas o menos en 5ghz. Ahora con este router me da la misma velocidad que por cable. Ademas me ha bajado el ping.Estaba entre un mikrotik Hap ac2 y este, me decidí por este por la facilidad de configuracion y el software.MUY IMPORTANTE ----> EL ROUTER ADMITE CONFIGURACION PPPoE con lo cual vale para sustituir el router de la compañia. Yo lo tengo directamente conectado a la ONT y he quitado el de digi que es malisimo.La cobertura ha mejorado y la estabilidad de la señal tambien.IMPORTANTE ACTUALIZARLO en cuanto lo tengas porque mejora mucho el rendimiento con la ultima version.Tiene opcion para montar wifi de invitados ademas tiene opcion de control de velocidad por dispositivo pudiendo limitar la velocidad como te apetezcaDispone de modo gaming que da prioridad al flujo de datos de juegos online.Y muchas mas cosas avanzadas que no comento.

Veraltete Software
Das automatische Softwareupdate im Router funktioniert nicht. Die letzte verfügbare Software ist von 2018 !Die Zeitabfrage/Syncronisation ist nicht über den NTP Server nicht möglich. Lt. Asus FAQ wird dafür eine in der Subversion um 2 Stellen höhere Software Version benötigt, die es freilich nicht gibt !Die Funkleistung ist auch eher normal. Ein Wow Effekt blieb bei mir aus.Gänzlich keine Empfehlung.

Un peu lent à démarrer
J'utilise ce routeur uniquement pour me faire un bridge VPN sur Netflix.Rien à redire : facile à parametrer, il fonctionne parfaitement... une fois qu'il a démarré (je l'eteins et le rebranche à chaque fois). Ce n'est pas énorme, mais il faut compter une bonne grosse minute de démarrage / connection.Sinon rapide et efficace !
