I love these little watercolor books from Canson! They have a really nice texture, and the paper is thick enough to allow some abuse, so I can sketch my life drawings of moving children, and then erase the lines I don’t want, and color the sketch with water soluble pencils. Excellent paper! Plus the package arrived in a box to protect the sketchbooks, which I greatly appreciate, since I refuse to draw in a sketchbook that’s damaged on arrival. This arrived in pristine condition.

Paper hangs off the edge of this notebook. the holes for the wire weren't placed perfectly centered on the page, so the edges won't be protected when traveling with this notebook.The sticker Amazon put on this product also peeled off pieces of this notebook when removed.

I like this watercolor art book. The paper is a nice weight for paintings that do not require a great deal of water. It's an easy to use size when outdoors or just sitting at a table.

Perfect size and weight for water coloring. I like the spiral binding which allows the paper to lay flat.
